Universal Robots has designed the UR Training Program to bring collaborative robotics to life in your classrooms and train young people in these technologies that will be part of their professional life. The Universal Robots Program includes all the materials you need to complete your teaching in collaborative robotics. With the CERTIFIED version which includes – in addition – certification licenses for teachers and students, a material kit, but also access to the Universal Robots Academy platform for the management of training modules and to the “Education” community, ‘a complete program to train your students in collaborative robotics.

Benefits

  • Complete training – 4 days of complete training; 2 days of basic training + 2 days of certification. Upon completion of the training, the teacher is recognized as a Certified Universal Robots Instructor. The teacher is then able, in turn, to certify their students who follow the Universal Robots program and issue them their certificate.
  • Build and optimize programs – The students have the opportunity to build and optimize programs for several applications such as pick & place, palletizing or polishing.
  • Workforce preparation – For students, following the program will allow them to develop the skills necessary to pursue their course and / or career in industry. They will obtain skills such as managing a robot safely and connecting and manipulating equipment properly.
  • Variation of teaching materials – Educators will be provided with a variety of educational resources to support their teaching such as course materials to address general concepts related to industrial and collaborative robotics, practical work and exercises for the students, solutions for teachers with comments and exam models to verify acquired knowledge.
